Dwayne was bred, born, raised, educated, and married in Utah. He and the love of his life, Cheryl, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren (and Winston, their Corgi).

Dwayne is a proud graduate of West Jordan High School, and along the way he also picked up a B.A. from the University of Utah in Accounting and a J.D. from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark School of Law (graduating with honors, magna cum laude and the Order of the Coif).

Dwayne has been practicing law in Park City since 1995. His law practice focuses on real property, business organizations and transactions, estate planning, and non-profit organizations.

Dwayne firmly believes in serving others and giving back to the community. Dwayne has served in various positions in the Boy Scouts of America for more than 30 years. Dwayne has served as a volunteer Small Claims Court Judge in Summit County and Wasatch County for more than 25 years. One of the most rewarding aspects of Dwayne’s law practice has been working with various local non-profit organizations.
